Job Title: Senior Conveyancer
Location: Office-Based (several locations) or Home-Based
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
A leading national Conveyancing firm are seeking a Senior Conveyancer to join their growing team.
The Role:
• Manage a substantial caseload of freehold and leasehold transitions.
• Provide assistance to team members when required.
• Communicate effectively with clients and third-parties.
• Be self-sufficient and organised, able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work well within a team to ensure targets are met.
Person Specifics:
• Capable of handling a caseload of 100+ files at one time.
• Experience working within volume conveyancing from start to finish.
• Home-based Conveyancers must have at least 2 years’ experience.
• Desirable for you to have complex caseload experience.
