Exciting new opportunity for a Commercial Litigator to join well regarded and very successful team.
In return for your proven Litigation and Arbitration skills the successful Commercial Litigator will not only be very well rewarded and have the opportunity to be part of a progressive team, but will enjoy a broad diet of extremely good quality work which may well include International Disputes assisting clients across All jurisdictions.
Instructions may include Disputes relating to:
Commercial Matters, Contracts , Civil Fraud, Shareholders, Construction ,IP, IT, Insolvency, Professional Negligence, Regulatory and Employment to name a few!
With regard to level it is anticipated that the successful Commercial Litigator will have in the region of 7,8 or more years post qualification experience in litigation to have developed the breadth expertise to cope with the instructions that await. Clearly, this is a guide and if you believe you have the required skill set then I would very much like to hear from you.
Prospects for progression are excellent.
