The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner into their growing Liverpool City centre office.

The commercial property department is still relatively small, however, deals with an excellent quality of work. This is an exciting opportunity to get into the department in its infancy and be part of something special, building this up. On offer are great prospects for progression.

You will deal with a broad range of commercial property matters, which will include but not be limited to; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, licenses to assign and investment.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner to drive the department forwards. They have several interesting leads to follow to grow work streams. You will have the autonomy to shape the department.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with upwards of six years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE and applications are invited from even the most experienced of candidates)
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate
• You will be able to work on matters with minimal supervision
• You should enjoy business development and marketing
• First-class communication skills are essential
