PROPERTY LAWYER
HOME-WORKING
SALARY: UP TO £40K, WITH £5K BONUS
Due to continued and planned growth, my national client is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join on a full-time basis and to work from home.
All required equipment provided (incl 2 monitors), with flexibility allowed to consider school-runs etc.
The opening would suit those with 3+ years PQE in Residential Property, that understand the importance of providing excellent service.
No Business development activities are required.
With full and dedicated 1-2-1 secretarial support at all stages of the process, the successful applicant will manage a buoyant caseload in matters including Sales, Purchases, Plots/New Builds and Remortgages.
Those with prior experience in Leaseholds are very much desired based on the need of existing and future clients.
Thriving in a targeted environment with driven and ambitious colleagues, the successful applicant will manage a caseload of around 60 cases in a rewarding culture that offers continued financial and promotional reward for success.
