They are currently looking to recruit additional Dispute Resolution Partners to the busy team.
The Commercial Litigation team have vast experience in dealing with an array of cases including (but not limited to):
- Contractual disputes
- Partnership & Shareholder/Director disputes
- Insurance claim disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Defamation claims
- Property Litigation
- Construction, Infrastructure & Renewables disputes
