My Client are a specialist commercial firm who work in small effective teams and pride themselves on flexibility and quick response times. They are SRA regulated and have an established history of servicing client needs through the Yorkshire area.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload whilst providing clients with high quality commercial advice. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following files;

• Acquisitions, Disposals and leases of all Commercial Property
• Residential & Commercial Development
• Converts and title matters
• Sales and Purchases of Businesses
• Leasehold Enfranchisement
• All Ancillary head of property work such as planning and forfeiture

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer and will have managed a caseload of you own. You will have excellent attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills. You will be expected to take an active role in Networking and business development to generate new clients and contacts as well as maintaining current relationships
