Commercial Property Solicitor - South East London
£50 - 55,000
A leading firm in South East London are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to come and join their dynamic Commercial Property team.
Due to the firm's reputation across a number of disciplines, a high proportion of your caseload will come from repeat customers and internal cross-referrals. Alongside managing your existing caseload, you will also be expected to undertake business development to further drive your own profitability and the growth of the department. The work you will be undertaking will include Freehold and Leasehold acquisitions and disposals, corporate transactions and land acquisition and disposals so experience in these areas are essential. There is a real family feel in the office almost 50% of their staff have remained with the firm for over 10 years.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE within a busy Commercial Property department and will be a dynamic and approachable individual with excellent client communication skills. You will be looking for a long-term opportunity to grow your own career as well as the opportunity to grow within a department and make your mark on it.
