In-House Legal Counsel - Cambridge

Our client is a renowned leader internationally within the technology sector and now in the market seeking to recruit for In-House Legal Counsel at their office in the Cambridge region.

Applicants will be qualified Solicitors with a minimum of four years PQE with a background from an in-house legal department. You will ideally have exposure from the technology or product development sector.

The role will involve drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts to include confidentiality agreements, terms of business, service agreements, employment contracts and supplier contracts. Additional you will handle the IP aspects of contracts and draft IP licenses as well as data protection and GDPR related matters.

Candidates will be skilled negotiators, organised, diligent, with attention to detail and have a commercial mindset.
