Our client, a top US law firm, is looking for a Temporary Finance Assistant to join them on an ongoing temporary basis.
As the Temporary Finance Assistant, you will be responsibilities for;
- Assisting the management accountant
- Covering Accounts Payable in regards to payment runs, vendor set ups, statement reviews and responding to queries
- Assisting with reconciliations
- Pre-bills, editing and bill preparation and disbursement
Previous law firm experience is a must for this position and you will need to have experience with either Elite or CMS and ideally have experience with Chrome River. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are a must.
