Commercial Lawyers

LAW Absolute is currently working with a number of exciting technology businesses that are looking for commercial lawyers with at least 3 years pqe on a permanent basis.  Some of these clients are more established, and others, are looking to take the company to the next level following funding.  Broadly, the responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating client and supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and working closely with the major stakeholders across the business advising on policy, strategy and commercial activity.

You will have at least three years post qualification experience and must bring a commercial outlook to the organisation as well as having solid verbal and written communication skills and being an excellent negotiator.  Additional experience in IP/IT, licensing and data protection is helpful and some in house experience is desirable although not essential.
