A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Adult's lawyer to join a reputable Local Authority within the Home Counties. It is initially a locum role for 3-6 months with the potential to extend.
The successful Junior Adults lawyer will be dealing with a mixed caseload of the following:
- Deprivation of liberty
- Mental health
- Threats to judicial review
- No recourse to public funds
- Community care
- Disputes ( Ordinary Residence)
- Advocacy
Ideally our client is looking for an Adults lawyer with local authority experience but will consider those with transferable and relevant skills.
This is a great opportunity which should not be missed for all newly qualified or 2-3 years PQE Adults lawyers.
