JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years' PQE
LOCATION: Leeds
THE ROLE:
A capable and commercially focused Residential Conveyancer is required to join this successful law firm in Leeds to join a team of specialists handling a busy caseload of residential property transactions. Acting on behalf of predominantly HNW clients, you will be taking responsibility for all aspects of a property transaction and can expect to deal with a range of complex and challenging deals including leaseholds, unregistered and buy-to-lets.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a solid background in dealing with complex sales and purchase transactions, ideally on behalf of high net worth individuals. You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years' PQE managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. You must be a skilled communicator and adaptable, team player, ready to deal with matters commercially.
