Commercial lawyer

Global management consultancy seeks commercial lawyer to join London-based legal team.

You will support the General Counsel on a range of legal issues affecting the business, however day to day the vast majority of work will be commercial contracts based. These will include engagement letters, NDAs, service agreements, and reliance letters, and advising on data protection matters.

You will be excited to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to balance and prioritise competing demands from the business.
