Are you an experienced civil litigator looking for your next challenge?

Do you want your work to directly impact your community?

Do you strive for favourable outcomes for all your clients?

If so, then this could be the ideal role for you!

My client is seeking an experienced civil litigator to join their sizable team for an initial period of 6 months. This may be extended further beyond that period, subject to workloads and requirements. The ideal civil litigation lawyer will have experience in 2 or more of the below areas of litigation:

- Debt recovery (both in relation to organisations and individuals)

- Contractual disputes

- Contentious probate litigation

- Landlord & Tenant debt recovery

- Fast track, multi-track and small claims

This role would be ideal for a strong solicitor (or equivalent) who has a proven track record in civil litigation. This may have been gained from within a public or private sector organisation. This is a full time role and at present everyone is working remotely due to COVID-19. You will be provided with a phone and laptop for the duration of the assignment. My client is looking for an immediate start, so applicants must be able to commence work at short notice.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Kate Jasper in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
