An exciting in-house opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial lawyer to join a global software provider.
As Group Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support across the growing business. You will be tasked with drafting and negotiating software agreements for customers globally and reviewing and maintaining trading standard contracts.
Based in the Central London office, you will be tasked with managing a range of legal matters including corporate, employment, compliance and data protection.
As well as a competitive salary and package, the role offers flexible working including working from home, senior stakeholder engagement and a breadth of work in a collaborative and commercial working environment.
To be considered, you will be an experienced commercial lawyer with at least 5 years PQE with demonstrable experience of advising on technology agreements as part of an in-house team or via an in-house secondment. Experience of corporate, employment, compliance and/ or data protection matters is desirable.
