Residential Conveyancer, 3+ PQE, Buckinghamshire – An exciting opportunity to join a busy residential property team. 

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: Will consider all levels
LOCATION: Buckinghamshire
SALARY: £30-45,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
This established team is looking for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, CLC or other suitably qualified experienced advisor for their residential property department in Buckinghamshire. You will undertake the full remit of residential conveyancing matters from file opening through to completion. You will be handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build, shared ownership leases, right to buy and equity release schemes. You will be expected to be familiar with registered and unregistered titles and be comfortable with business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be comfortable with managing your own caseload and should have at least 3 years' experience of doing so. This is an excellent opportunity to work with as part of a collegiate residential property team.
