The Role

The firm are looking for a Real Estate Associate Partner to join their Manchester office in the heart of the City.

You will work closely with the other Partners within the Real Estate department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

You will deal with a complex and high value caseload dealing with acquisitions and disposals, commercial development, landlord and tenant, real estate finance and sale and leaseback transactions.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm are succession planning are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have first-class communication
• Outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
• Experience of overseeing a team is desirable, however not essential
• A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and very lucrative bonus scheme
