Corporate Solicitor (Associate/Senior Associate)
City of London
Top 100 City Firm is now looking to bring in a high calibre, positively charged Corporate Solicitor into their award winning Corporate Commercial team - based in central London. The role will involve working on a full range of corporate transactions including share and business sales and purchases, reorganisations, shareholder and investment agreements. The Focus of the work is transactional but there is also a requirement to have knowledge and experience of commercial law including loan agreements/T&Cs. Competitive City salary.
The Corporate Department comprises two partners, two associates, a trainee solicitor and a consultant. It acts on a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial work, across a wide range of sectors. The bulk of its clients are private companies owned and run by HNWs, families and entrepreneurs, a number of them being very substantial multinational businesses, but is also acts for some listed companies.
Candidates must be from a similar/equivalent firm background, with experience gained in a recognised corporate department in a City firm and should be able to demonstrate significant experience and commercial awareness.
