Childcare Lawyer

Our client, a local authority based in London, is seeking a Childcare Lawyer for three months initially. This is a part time position for 14 hours per week.

The successful candidate will be required to pick up a full caseload from the outset. You will deal primarily with care proceedings but also placement orders, PLO matters, adoption and legal planning meetings. The council also operates a duty lawyer rota.

You will be required to highlight your public childcare experience and must have a current practising certificate.

Our client is looking for someone able to work 14 hours across either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. This is a remote working role at the moment but subject to change.
