In-House Insurance Litigator - 6 month FTC

Your new company
This growing and dynamic business have a rare opportunity for a Paralegal/ Legal Executive with experience in litigation /insurance to join their team in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent role for a litigator to be part of a determined and enthusiastic team committed to enabling continued commercial success.

Your new role
You will be handling a portfolio of after the event matters while at the same time assisting the team on technical and complex high value claims. You will advise on the full lifecycle of the claims from case strategy, analysing liabilities and setting appropriate reserves, managing third party vendors, negotiating settlements, dealing with customers effectively, liaising with the finance team on payments.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in litigation/insurance and/or a similar claims role within the UK legal/insurance market. You will ideally have experience In-House OR in Private practice, however it is essential that you have knowledge and experience of the insurance industry and the associated regulatory requirements.
