Our client is a Top 100 and highly reputable practice based in Hampshire that has been recommended for their exceptional work in numerous practice areas by the Legal 500.

An opportunity has arisen for a competent Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience to join their busy and successful Commercial Dispute Resolution Team that has been credited by the L500 for their technical and commercial attitude to work.

The successful candidate will have conduct of a busy caseload acting on behalf of SMEs, large organisations and HNW individuals in matters to include Director Disputes, Shareholder and Partnership Disputes, Contract and Fraud Disputes, Intellectual Property Disputes and Professional Negligence Disputes.

The firm have a large presence the South East and complement this by supporting numerous charities. The salary on offer will be competitive and is expected to be in the region of £43,000 to £53,000 and will be in addition to a market leading benefits package including private healthcare and a fee earner bonus scheme.
