Plot Sales Conveyancer required to join a major UK law firm at their Birmingham office. Great opportunity to join a growing and established team.

Description
As a Plot Sales Conveyancer you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with pre contract enquiries
- Preparation of plot sale paperwork to include relevant contract / assurance required to deal with plot reservation
- Dealing with Land Registry requisitions on title
- Sale of part exchange / chain break property
- Preparation of relevant completion statements
- Registration procedures including SDLT online and Land Registry
Profile
The successful Plot Sales Conveyancer will:
- Be able to manage their own caseload
- Have experience working as a Paralegal within Plot Sales or a Conveyancing department
- Have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
