A London Boutique Commercial practice requires commercial solicitor with at least 1 years experience, or more commercial PQE+
About the Role
You will be advising a range of clients including companies, partnerships, sole-traders and start-ups.
Joining a highly knowledgeable team; you will be working on a complex and sometimes high-profile caseload of commercial matters including:
- Commercial contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Company share and asset sales and acquisitions
- Joint ventures
- Investment agreements
- Share buy backs
Candidate Requirements
