This Surrey-based organisation is looking to add to its well established legal team and appoint a new Legal Counsel.
This would be an ideal opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor with a couple of years working in private practice under their belt to move into an in-house position.
Ideally, you will have gained experience working with commercial contracts and have some exposure to regulatory work, as your responsibilities will include:

Ideally, you will have gained experience working with commercial contracts and have some exposure to regulatory work, as your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing of and/or drafting various commercial contracts with suppliers and third parties
- Researching and writing briefing papers on regulatory change
- Researching aspects of commercial and employment law where required
- Some corporate governance-related duties and some meeting/committee support work
