Family Solicitor
BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting this brilliant law firm in their recruitment for an experienced family solicitor to join their Warwickshire based team. This will be to work on a family case load of privately funded matters.
As the successful candidate you will play a key part in helping the continued growth of the department and be involved in a wide spectrum of privately funded family law matters including:-
- divorce and finances,
- private law children matters,
- cohabitation,
- injunctions and domestic violence
The successful family law solicitor will have above 3 years' PQE, will be comfortable with business development, be technically sound and be commercially astute.
