Residential Property Solicitor – Our client, are a leading UK firm with offices in London and Brighton are now looking for a further conveyancing team leader, c.4 PQE+ to join their Legal 500 practice.

About the Role
You will be overseeing a small but highly experienced property team, handling a busy and ranging caseload of MNW to HNW transactions from start to completion. The caseload will consist of:
-        Sales & purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
-        Remortgaging
-        Lease extensions
-        Shared ownership
-        Right to buy
-        Transfer of equity

Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an individual with excellent hands on transaction experience, commercial awareness and who can lead the team to the next level. You will need to have excellent people management skills, be dynamic, energetic and have a keen interest in networking and business development.
