About the Role
They are now looking for a further Commercial property solicitor to join their team at their Hampshire office.  You will need at least 3 years + relevant case handling experience, managing a range of:
-        Buying & selling of commercial property
-        Acquisition of land for development
-        Planning agreements
-        Leasehold enfranchisement
-        Lease renewals including repairs/dilapidations, rent deposits and guarantees
-        Property finance and mortgages

Candidate Requirements
You will need to have:
-        3+ years relevant PQE
-        Ability to work as part of a team, however unsupervised
-        Excellent written and oral communication skills
-        Attention to detail
-        Excellent client care skills
