I am currently assisting a top tier Global firm with their search for a Trademark secretary to be based in their Liverpool branch. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of Branch Protection, Intellectual Property and Media.
As a Trademark Secretary, you will be assisting the Partners, Associates and Paralegals with the administration and day-to-day management of the trade mark and design portfolio work, which comes from their IP & Media group. You will also be taking telephone call as well as arranging and coordinating meetings and travel for the IP & Media group.
You will also be assisting with new client openings, schedules of costs; maintaining records of client billing info; conducting basic Trademark searches; assisting with invoices and liaising with billing assistants.
