A fantastic opportunity for a Legal Costs Executive to join a Top Tier Law Firm, and work for a driven and successful team.

Role Overview:

• Check and record all incoming cost files
• Complete service confirmation when procedures have been issued
• Reassign notifications for people who are not in the office or who are on vacation
• Search and view insurer files and panels
• Check and register incoming letters, emails and faxes
• Sending faxes and letters received in the virtual tray
• Work with quick responses received daily
• Processing dispute responses received and checking confirmations to ensure they can be removed from the log.
• Finding and Dealing with Pending Hearings
• Checking for new files, panels and reassigning files
• Keep in touch with customers regarding new guidelines
• Processing Cost File Calculations
• Transfer allowed files to archive
• Check and send received emails to the general email address
• Viewing unclaimed messages
• Help with document management if needed, including inbound, outbound mail, referrals and client introductions
