Chadwick Nott are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join a Real Estate team in Manchester managing a predominantly Plot Sales caseload.
You will prepare plot sale paperwork, deal with pre contract enquiries, process exchange of contracts, title check and deal with Land Registry procedures.
We are keen to hear from Conveyancers with recent and proven experience in residential property. Plot sales experience would be desirable.
