The Role

This Legal 500 firm is looking to hire a Litigation Solicitor 0-4 years PQE into their thriving, flagship Bristol, Somerset office.

The firm is home to this well respected team in Bristol are looking for a Solicitor to work a full caseload of property litigation matters.

You will have unrivalled support and be developed professionally, to become a stand out lawyer in this field.

The work is surrounding property litigation - the caseload will include landlord and tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc), building and development, acquisitions of land, options, possessions, purchaser claims, trespass/squatter actions and leasehold enfranchisement.

You will be acting for a spread of household name clients, developers and property portfolio managers.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation Solicitor with 0-4 years PQE
• Ideally you will have experience of property litigation from either training, or in your current/most recent firm.
• You will have a good grounding in litigation
• You will be ambitious, commercially minded and look to progress
