My client is a leading asset manager looking to hire a funds counsel with 4+ years PQE for a minimum three month contract.
- Ensuring activities and fund structures are compliant with the relevant regulations and rules.
- Ensuring investment management agreements and relevant distribution agreements are appropriately drafted, concluded and maintained.
- Providing strategic and best market practice support and service to all relevant material projects including relevant product launches and providing legal support for all corporate changes and integration / restructuring activities.
A successful candidate will have:
- 4 + years post qualification experience in private practice or in-house.
- Have key asset management/funds experience.
