An exciting opportunity has arisen for an 2+PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Commercial Property team at a heavyweight regional law firm in Warwickshire. This role is rewarded with a very competitive salary and benefits package.

About the role

The firm's Commercial Property team provide a complete range of legal and advisory services to commercial clients across a full spectrum of Commercial Property matters in residential, retail and industrial sectors.

Workflows of the Commercial Property Solicitor will include:

- Freehold sales and purchases
- Development
- Landlord and Tenant
- Commercial borrowing
- Site acquisition and disposal
- Residential property
- General non-contentious property advice

About the person

Given the nature of the work, you will be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years experience in Commercial Property. Experience of development work is desirable but not a pre-requisite.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner.
