Residential Development Solicitor
Specialist role here for a residential development Solicitor to handle their own caseload.
Joining a large team you will be mainly handling work on behalf of national plc house builder clients but also on behalf of some commercial developers in relation to mixed use schemes, some smaller niche enterprises and also some landowners.
The main purpose of the role is to advise house builders and other property companies on residential development with regards to matters such as site acquisition and disposal, acquisition of strategic land, collaborations/joint ventures, funding, planning and infrastructure agreements.
Applications are being invited from qualified solicitors at NQ+ PQE who have tangible experience gained within the field of residential development.
