The Role

They are seeking to hire a Private Client Paralegal to join the existing Wills and Probate team based in their office, close to Dulwich, South East London.

The private client department is very well-established, it deals with a high quality of work, often advising HNW individuals and families.

You will be responsible for preparing tax forms, administration documents on an assortment of disciplines, working in Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, a variation of wills and tax issues amongst other duties.

A collaborative, organised approach to working is required to succeed in this role as well as having the confidence and ability to work to a high level of accuracy and productivity unsupervised.

The firm are looking for someone who wants to integrate themselves into the team and company for the long haul. There will be opportunities for promotion for the candidate with the right attitude and desire to progress and succeed.

Requirements

  • You will be a Paralegal with at least 6 months experience in Wills and Probate
  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • You must be a team player
  • You will have first rate organisational skills
  • You will have a good eye for attention to detail
