Our client is a well-established full-service Legal 500 law firm, servicing both business and private client areas of law with 5 branches throughout the South East region. They are currently recruiting a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their Oxford office.
Your duties will include:
* Advising start-up businesses and forming companies
* Partnership & Limited Liability Partnerships
* Buying and Selling Businesses, mergers & acquisitions
* Negotiating and preparing Contracts, Terms of Business & Licensing
* Drafting & preparing Shareholder Agreements
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, re-organisations and restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts, including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution.
The successful candidate will join a well-respected firm at a significant time in its development. You will benefit from working within a friendly team that prides itself on being meticulous and hard-working.
