An award winning, ambitious team is looking to recruit a construction solicitor. Relocation abroad will be required initially for the first year or so, you will then find your feet within an office located in Scotland.
This is a great opportunity to become involved in some of the most interesting work available acting on domestic and international projects across the real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure, and transport sectors.
Your remit will include; build and engineer contracts and related agreements including development, management, supply and maintenance contracts, deliver consultants' conditions of appointment, collateral warranties, parent company and performance guarantees and bonds, manage contract specification and building regulations issues.
To be successful with your application, you must have the following; experience with construction disputes, dispute resolution and/or international arbitration is an advantage. Preferably have experience within a well regarded legal 500 firm.
