A major Leeds based business with a well established legal team is currently looking for an interim solicitor to take on a maternity cover role, with the duration of 12-15 months
The business has been very successful in recent years, with its expansion continuing apace. The legal team has high calibre lawyers who are closely connected with the commercial teams and offer pragmatic sensible legal advice to enable the company to reach its business objectives.
You would get involved in a wide range of commercial agreements, drafting and negotiating contracts with clients with suppliers to manage risk to the business
You'll be a lawyer with an established track record of dealing with heavyweight commercial contracts, and the flexibility to handle 'whatever comes across the desk', as well as excellent communication skills.
