My client, a large financial services organisation are looking to hire their first Lawyer in Frankfurt reporting into the European General Counsel based in London.
The successful candidate will be monitoring and supporting the European capital markets and M&A transactions including negotiating engagement letters and transaction agreements with clients, working with external counsel, monitoring transaction execution as well as making sure internal policies and procedures are being adhered to.
As this is a Sole Counsel role there may also be employment, data protection or other sales & trading matters that arise. Finally this role will also act as Company Secretary to the Board of Directors.
You will have a minimum of 5 PQE with a top law firm or in-house organisation working on capital markets and corporate transactions and be a German qualified lawyer.
