The role

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing practice with an affluent client base in Hove, Sussex.

You will be joining a department consisting of some of the most approachable lawyers on the South Coast. In this position you will be dealing with a dynamic combination of property matters, including the following:

• Sales / acquisitions
• Property finance
• Development work
• Landlord & tenant matters

In this role you will be a senior figure in the team, assisting in strategy and driving growth of an already very busy team. You will be working alongside the firm's management team making this suitable for a senior solicitor with strong experience.

Requirements

• You will have 5+ years' experience in the Commercial Property practice
• You will be driven, dynamic and you will have the ability to work both autonomously, and within in a team.
• You will have an attentive nature, and you will have a proactive attitude.
• You will have track record in business development, and you will ideally be well connected in the Sussex region
