Senior Commercial Conveyancing Fee Earner
Due to expansion a Senior Commercial Conveyancing Fee Earner is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with an established, forward thinking West Yorkshire law firm with a great working culture. Applications are invited from technically strong Senior Commercial Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for an opportunity to progress their careers in a friendly and supportive working environment. Salary is negotiable depending on level of experience.
The successful candidate will join a friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of Commercial Sale and Purchase files from inception to post-completion, preparing contract reports, preparing Commercial Leases and advising clients on lease terms, reporting on searches and title and raising enquiries with solicitors for the other party.
