An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join this long established Buckinghamshire firm.
Based in their busy Family Department, you will be confident running a caseload of matters including pre-nuptial advice, cohabitation, divorce/separation, financial settlement including Schedule 1 Children Act claims, private children and injunctive proceedings including advocacy.
The firm and the Family Department have both an excellent support network and training in place and you will be given every opportunity to work autonomously whilst also being supported and working as an integral part of a close-knit team.
