Catastrophic Injury Solicitor
6 Month Contract
Bath
A well established reputable firm based in the heart of Bath require a solicitor to join them on a 6 month fixed term basis (potential to go perm) within their personal injury team.
Main duties:
- Manage a caseload under supervision, dealing effectively with cases and transactions
- Manage time recording, WIP monitoring and billing consistently, meeting targets and objectives set
- Deal directly with client to take instructions and ensures full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations
- Research and draft article and assists with the production of marketing materials
Experience Required:
- Qualified Grade A Solicitor
- Experience within Personal Injury law specifically, Spinal & Brain injuries
- Ability to manage own files with minimal supervision.
- Use of Case Management systems
