COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
As part of the firms continuous growth and development, the firm are looking for a solicitor to join their Commercial Property team in. As you would expect, the Partners are looking for people with proven intellectual ability, a commercial approach, excellent interpersonal skills and, most of all, the drive to exceed clients' expectations. You will have the opportunity to work independently, but also to work alongside experienced partners and fee earners on more complex and specialised matters. In this role you will support by providing legal advice to a range of clients, including the negotiation and drafting of documents. You will carry out, in an effective and efficient manner, the various stages of legal proceedings with the aim of protecting the interest of the client and maintaining client/matter files. You will take a proactive role in developing new business opportunities as well as meeting agreed targets. The firm are seeking someone with experience of working in commercial property across a range of clients and handling a diverse range of issues. Preferably, you will able to demonstrate the technical skills and the sound knowledge of law requisite for working in a commercial property team. You will bring experience of building relationships, problem solving and time management with the ability to be discrete, organised and adaptable. Additionally you will bring excellent communication skills and will be able to liaise with a wide range of colleagues and clients.
