Corporate Commercial Solicitor – This is a rare opportunity to join a unique Holborn based firm that focus on private companies, shareholders and investors. This modern yet traditional firm with an outstanding reputation has asked us to find them a further company commercial solicitor.

About the Role
Joining a highly knowledgeable team; you will be working closely with a Partner managing a complex and sometimes high-profile caseload, advising a range of clients on various commercial matters including:
-        Commercial contracts
-        Shareholder agreements
-        Company share and asset sales and acquisitions
-        Joint ventures
-        Investment agreements
-        Share buy backs

Candidate Requirements
You will need to have 5+ years relevant PQE, proven track record and a commercially astute manner. Experience gained at a City or similar West End practice would be desirable however not essential. They require someone to work un supervised. You will be involved in marketing and Business development of the dept.
