Corporate & Commercial - Senior Associate - Cambridge
I am interested in speaking to Corporate & Commercial solicitors who may be interested in hearing more about a senior role that has come up within a legal 500 commercial firm in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be joining a well respected team advising companies on a broad range of issues such as share acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, partnership arrangements, franchise agreements and Intellectual property matters. The firm enjoys a top rate reputation for its commercial work and so you can expect the work to be interesting and varied working on behalf of clients across several different sectors.
Any applicants will be expected to show a solid background of working in Corporate & Commercial law, ideally with a minimum of 5 years PQE of working within a commercial law department at a city, national or respected regional practice.
You will be eager to continue your career at a senior level within one of the regions leading commercial departments and work closely with the partners in the team on the business development side of things.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to join a firm which offers a good salary (based on experience but which will be right at the top end of market rate), fantastic career progression and the chance to work on good quality commercial work within a growing and modern firm.
