(Senior) Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a leading international brand name organisation.
The organisation has multiple international offices and is currently enjoying a sustained period of expansion and continued success via acquisition mode and also organic growth.
Role
This is a brand newly created position and can be structured as a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel role depending upon experience level.
You will be based at the organisation's London HQ. You will also be able to undertake flexible working/WFH.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues including working on exciting new future acquisitions.
You will be the most senior lawyer in the London office and will report into the Global General Counsel.

You
You will be a UK qualified Solicitor with approximately 3-8 years' PQE. You will have prior in-house experience. You will have some prior experience of sport, media and/or tech related issues.
