A Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Claims Handler is wanted for an excellent opportunity with an award winning medico legal agency based in Blackburn. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is a specialist medical agency, which provides expert appointment-booking support to personal injury lawyers and their clients, medical records pagination and other specialist services.

You will be assisting with instructing experts to provide medical reports, as well as providing customer service support to solicitors, clients, experts, and their secretaries. You will act as the first point of contact for medical experts, taking enquiries over the phone and reviewing documentation.

You will also be assisting with obtaining clients medical records from hospitals and GP's and arranging treatments and investigations for their clients.

You don't need to worry about having any particular industry experience, however, if you do have knowledge and understanding within the medical legal or clinical negligence/personal injury industry this is very advantageous. We are happy to consider those from customer services backgrounds without legal experience as full training is given. We are looking for customer focused individuals with a great work ethic, excellent administration skills and a professional telephone manner.
