- Opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer or NQ Residential Solicitor to join a well established team in Newcastle
- You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including but not limited to plot sales, new builds, help to buy, lease holds, free holds.
- You will work in a friendly and supportive team.
- The firm invests in bespoke development training for each employee.

Requirements-
- You will be a residential conveyancer with 1 plus experience or a NQ residential solicitor
- You will have prior residential experience and will feel comfortable running your own caseload of matters
- You will have prior knowledge of plot sales, new builds, help to buy, lease hold, free hold
- You will be confident, driven and hardworking.
