A growing firm in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate (around 3-5 years PQE) to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution department. You will join the team working closely with the firm's renowned Commercial Litigation Partner and will be afforded a high level of exposure to interesting, City level work. The Commercial Litigation team attracts interesting, high-quality work, most of which is high value with international elements. The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3-5 years PQE at a City, West End, or Regional firm (this is a guideline and applications will be considered that fall outside of this)
- Be comfortable undertaking a varied caseload of Commercial Litigation matters including contractual, shareholder & corporate and partnership disputes, property and insolvency litigation, negligence, and obtaining and defending against applications for injunctive relief.
- Have experience of cross-border litigation
- Have a commercial & ambitious mindset
